Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, the consent you give us to contact you by phone, text message and email, and the choices and rights you have over your information.

Effective September 22, 2026 Last updated September 22, 2026

The short version

  • We are a lead generation company. We run our own advertising, collect information from business owners who ask about funding, and deliver those submissions to the funding companies that buy them.
  • If you give us your phone number or email address — here, on one of our advertising or application pages, or anywhere else we operate a form — you agree that we, our affiliates and the funding companies we work with may contact you by phone call, text message and email, including with automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages.
  • That consent is not a condition of buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email hello@renaissanceleads.io.
  • We do share and sell business funding submissions to funding companies. That is the service we provide. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data collected for our own Renaissance Leads text message program.
  • Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to access, correct, delete and opt out — see Section 10.

01Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Renaissance Direct LLC, doing business as Renaissance Leads ("Renaissance Leads", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. Our mailing address is 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, #89364, Miami, FL 33132, and you can reach us at hello@renaissanceleads.io.

This policy applies to:

  • renaissanceleads.io and any other website, landing page, application form, booking page or client portal we operate;
  • the advertising we run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, other ad networks, email, WhatsApp and SMS, and any form or message flow that advertising leads to; and
  • the phone calls, text messages and emails we exchange with you.

Two different kinds of people give us information, and both are covered here:

  • Clients and prospective clients — brokers, lenders, funding companies and other businesses that buy leads from us or ask about doing so.
  • Applicants — business owners and representatives who submit an inquiry or application through our advertising because they are looking for business funding.

By using our sites, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information to us.

02The information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — your name, business name, email address, mailing address and mobile or landline phone number.
  • Business and funding details — for applicants: the amount of funding requested, self-reported monthly or annual revenue, time in business, industry, use of funds, self-reported credit range, and the answers you give in our forms.
  • Client details — for businesses that buy leads: company name, role, website, the volume and type of leads you want, billing and payment information (card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us), and the contents of your agreement with us.
  • Verification data — the one-time passcode you enter to confirm your mobile number, and the result of that check.
  • Your consent record — the exact disclosure text shown to you, the page URL you saw it on, your IP address, and the date and time you submitted. See Section 3.
  • Anything else you send us — messages, emails, texts, documents and the content of scheduled calls.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, the links you click, and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Approximate location — the city, state, and postal region inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies — see Section 8.
  • Message and call metadata — whether an email was delivered or opened, whether a link was clicked, whether a text was delivered, and call date, time, duration and outcome.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising and form platforms — Meta, Google and similar platforms pass us the information you submitted in an ad form, along with the campaign, ad and placement it came from.
  • Verification and data vendors — services that confirm whether an email address or phone number is valid and deliverable, identify the line type, and check numbers against do-not-call and litigator lists.
  • Business data providers — publicly available and commercially licensed business information, such as company name, industry, size, location and publicly listed contact details for business roles.
  • Our clients and partners — the funding companies we work with may tell us what happened with a submission we delivered, such as whether it was contacted, funded, or reported as a duplicate or bad contact.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through our forms, and you should not send them to us.

03Your consent to be contacted by phone, text message and email

Express written consent

By submitting your information through this website, through any advertisement, landing page, application form or booking page we operate, or by otherwise giving us your telephone number or email address, you give your prior express written consent to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS and MMS), emails and messages through platforms such as WhatsApp from Renaissance Leads, its affiliates, its service providers, and the funding companies, lenders, brokers and marketing partners to whom your submission is delivered, at the telephone number and email address you provided.

You agree that these calls and messages may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an autodialer, automated or prerecorded voice messages, artificial or AI-generated voice, ringless voicemail, and automated text messaging systems, and that they may be made for marketing, advertising, telemarketing, servicing, follow-up, and transactional purposes.

You agree that this consent applies even if the telephone number you provided is registered on any federal, state, corporate or internal Do Not Call list, and that it applies to the number you provided and to any number you later give us.

You are not required to give this consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may withdraw it at any time using the methods in Section 9. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You confirm that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user of, and are authorized to give consent for, the telephone number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.

How we record your consent

When you submit a form, we store a consent record so that both we and the company that receives your submission can show what you agreed to. That record includes the full disclosure text displayed to you, the URL of the page you submitted from, your IP address, the date and time of submission, and — where we use one-time passcode verification — the result of that check.

What we pass on

If you submit a funding inquiry through our advertising, your information and your consent record are delivered to one or more funding companies, who will contact you directly about funding. Those companies are independent businesses and they use your information under their own privacy policies. Your consent to be contacted extends to them.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time, for any channel, at no cost. Withdrawing consent stops our future marketing contact, but it does not undo contact that already happened, and it does not by itself stop a funding company that already received your submission from contacting you — you can opt out with that company directly, and we will pass along your request if you ask us to.

04Text message program terms

  • Program. Renaissance Leads sends text messages about funding inquiries, lead delivery, account and billing notices, scheduled calls, and offers and updates from Renaissance Leads.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from that program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any text message, or email hello@renaissanceleads.io.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and service may not be available on all carriers.
  • No sale of opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers and consent collected for the Renaissance Leads text message program are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This is separate from funding inquiries you submit through our advertising, which are delivered to funding companies as described in Section 3 and Section 7.

05Calls, recording and monitoring

Calls with us — including calls booked through our booking page and calls placed by our representatives or by automated and AI-assisted calling systems — may be recorded, transcribed, monitored and analyzed for quality assurance, training, compliance, dispute resolution, and to improve our services. Where the law requires notice or consent, you will be told at the start of the call, and you may ask us not to record by saying so or by ending the call. Video calls and their transcripts may be processed by meeting assistant tools we use.

06How we use information

  • To operate our business, run our advertising, and deliver funding submissions to the companies that buy them.
  • To contact you by phone, text and email as described in Section 3, including to follow up on an inquiry, schedule and confirm calls, and send marketing.
  • To verify that contact information is accurate and reachable, and to screen against do-not-call, litigator and suppression lists.
  • To create, bill and service client accounts, process payments, and enforce our agreements.
  • To measure and improve campaign performance, build audiences, and train and improve internal models and automated systems used in our operations.
  • To personalize what you see on our sites and in our messages.
  • To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to maintain records of consent and communications.
  • To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

07How we share information

We share personal information with:

  • Funding companies, lenders, brokers and marketing partners. If you submit a funding inquiry, we deliver your submission — including your name, business name, email address, phone number, the details you provided and your consent record — to one or more of these companies so they can contact you about funding. This is a sale or sharing of personal information under some state privacy laws. See Section 10 for how to opt out.
  • Service providers. Hosting, analytics, CRM, email and SMS delivery, calling and dialing platforms, calendar and scheduling, verification vendors, payment processors, accounting, and professional advisors — each limited to what they need to perform their service for us.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms. Meta, Google and similar platforms, including hashed identifiers used for conversion measurement and audience building. See Section 8.
  • Corporate transactions. An acquirer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Legal and safety. Law enforcement, regulators, courts, and others when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to enforce our terms, or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
  • Affiliates. Entities under common ownership or control with us, for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing except as described above.

We keep each category for the period described in Section 11, and we use it for the purposes described in Section 6. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.

08Cookies, pixels and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to run our sites, remember your preferences, measure traffic, attribute conversions to the advertising that produced them, and show you relevant advertising. These include the Meta pixel and conversions API, Google analytics and advertising tags, and the scheduling widget embedded on our booking page.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, block third-party cookies, and use your browser's private mode. Most browsers let you delete existing cookies at any time. Blocking some cookies may break parts of our sites. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, and through your ad platform account settings.

Global Privacy Control. Where required, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser.

09Your choices and how to opt out

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message.
  • Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us and ask to be removed.
  • Phone calls. Tell the representative on the call to put you on our internal do-not-call list, or email us with the number you want suppressed. We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor requests on it.
  • Everything at once. Email hello@renaissanceleads.io with the subject line Do Not Contact and include the email address and phone number you want suppressed.
  • Companies we already delivered your submission to. Ask them directly, or ask us and we will forward your request.

We honor opt-out requests promptly and in any event within the time the law allows. We may still send you non-marketing messages about an existing transaction, account or legal obligation.

10Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Know and access — what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
  • Delete — ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
  • Opt out of profiling — where offered by your state's law, opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Appeal — if we decline your request and your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond in writing within the time your state's law allows.

How to exercise a right. Email hello@renaissanceleads.io with the subject line Privacy Request, and tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address and phone number you gave us. We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our records, and we may ask for additional information if we cannot verify you. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.

California residents. In addition to the rights above, you may request the specific categories and pieces of personal information we collected in the preceding 12 months, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting or selling it, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed or sold. To opt out, use the Do Not Contact or Privacy Request method above, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Nevada residents. You may submit a verified request that we not sell certain personal information by emailing us with the subject line Nevada Opt-Out.

11How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and after that for as long as we are required or permitted to keep it. In practice:

  • Consent records and communication logs — kept for at least five years after the last contact, because federal and state telemarketing rules require us to be able to prove consent and opt-out handling.
  • Suppression and do-not-contact lists — kept indefinitely. We must keep your contact details on a suppression list in order to keep honoring your opt-out.
  • Client and billing records — kept for as long as required by tax, accounting and contract law.
  • Everything else — deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for a business or legal purpose.

12How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions on internal systems, and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately.

13Children

Our sites and services are for businesses and for adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

14Other websites and services

Our sites link to and embed third-party services, including our scheduling provider, and our advertising appears on third-party platforms. Those companies have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. Funding companies that receive your submission are independent businesses, not our agents, and their use of your information is governed by their own policies.

15Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of our sites or services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
